- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.

- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Once your order is dispatched:

- You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
⚠️ Missed Deliveries
If a customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery:
- Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
- Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take clear photos of the package and products immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number along with the photos for quick assistance.
We will review the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we ship within Sri Lanka only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
